If you live internationally & would like to purchase one of our products please send us an email and we will issue you with a shipping quote.
All Items shipped from the The Slumber Co warehouse will be shipped next business day after receiving payment, unless otherwise specified. You will be issued with a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched. Items on pre-order or back-order will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you receive your product and find that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would, we have you covered! Simply send us an email, return the item to us within 7 days in the original condition you received it (with tags attached) and we will notify you if you are eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items, but we will happily exchange them or issue you with a credit note.
We also cannot refund or exchange our custom made rugs, as these are made just for you!
We put a lot of love and care into packing our orders but in the very rare circumstance your product is faulty or damaged in transit please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange for its replacement, exchange or refund.
Only one coupon may be applied per order, unless otherwise specified.
Many of our products are handmade and some are even custom made, just for you! This means production runs are sometimes limited or in high demand. If you would like to buy more than one of a certain item and find you are unable to, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen x
