All transactions are processed via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to use your credit card via our checkout. You can simply use Paypal as a normal credit card facility. When you transfer to the Paypal page you will not need to sign in, instead you can use their credit card form to make a one time payment.
The Slumber Co is based in Australia and currently ships to Australia and New Zealand. If you live internationally & would like to purchase one of our products please send us an email and we will issue you with a shipping quote.
The Slumber Co ship from our own warehouse (located in Melbourne) and we also ship direct to you from the maker. We like to keep things simple so we offer free shipping on all orders, unless the item is classified as bulk or international in which case you may be charged a higher shipping fee. All of these items are marked accordingly in the shipping section on each product page. You may receive multiple parcels and differing postage times if you order from different makers.
The Slumber Co picks all of our makers not only for their unique concepts and designs but also for their outstanding customer service and reliability, if you have any questions regarding postage please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’re here to help!
All Items shipped from the The Slumber Co warehouse will be shipped next business day after receiving payment. You will be issued with a tracking number as soon as your item is dispatched.
If you receive your product and find that you don’t love it as much as you thought you would, we have you covered! simply send us an email, return the item to us within 7 days in the original condition you received it (with tags attached) and we will notify you if you are eligible for an exchange, credit note or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot refund sale items, but we will happily exchange them or issue you with a credit note.
We also cannot refund or exchange our custom made rugs, as these are made just for you!
We put a lot of love and care into packing our orders but in the very rare circumstance your product is faulty or damaged in transit please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can arrange for its replacement, exchange or refund.
You understand that all of our makers have their own terms and conditions and you will be bound by them after you submit your order. Please see the “Description” page of each product for further information.
Many of our products are handmade and some are even custom made, just for you!
This means on some items you might be limited on the number you can buy. A lot of love and care is put into the products sold on The Slumber Co and nothing is mass produced. If you would like to buy more than one of a certain item and find you are unable to, please contact us and we will do our best to make it happen x
